UN Moldova COVID-19 Situational Report nr15

The WHO regional Director held a video conference with all Ministers of Health in the Region, WHO Representatives, and UN Resident Coordinators on 8 April. The purpose of the call was to share experiences on easing of restrictions. The MoHLSP has announced the development of a Procurement Platform for transparency https://www.tender.health/. On 12 May the RC chaired a Development Partners meeting. The Ministry of Finance is starting a Working Group to discuss VAT Issues for procurement of emergency related items outside of the AMP registration process.
