The Millennium Fellowship is a semester long leadership development program that happens on your campus. The Fellowship convenes, challenges and celebrates student leadership for UN goals on campuses worldwide.

The Fellows Programme is designed to attract fellows, typically PhD students, researchers and professors who have an advanced level of relevant knowledge and experience.

The initiative aims to convene young leaders from 193 countries with a seat at the United Nations endowed with a strong commitment to serving the common good, for a dialogue and training platform which aims to engage the participants in Human Rights, Social Justice and Sustainable Development.

The Global Schools launches its call for the 3rd cohort to build capacity of primary and secondary school teachers to integrate sustainability in school communities. The program will also equip Advocates with the tools to help transform learning environments.

UN-Habitat, the United Nations agency focusing on sustainable urbanization, is calling for nominations for its prestigious Scroll of Honour award. Up to five winners will be selected and presented with their awards at the Global Observance of World Habitat Day on Monday 4 October 2021.

The non-degree Certification of Professional Achievement in United Nations Studies, offered by Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and School of Professional Studies, delivers knowledge on the basic analytical issues, theoretical approaches, history, and UN policy debates.
