The Extraordinary National Commission on Public Health has extended the National Public Health Emergency until 15 September;

An Emergency Operations Center has been opened in the National Public Health Agency by the WHO with the support of the EU. Media event here;

The Extraordinary Committee for Public Health approved to abolish the package of the public health measures, especially measures related to the re-opening of the schools (on 21 August 2020);

WHO has developed a European Region COVID-19 Subnational Explorer where additional sub-national statistical analysis can be reviewed.
