UN Moldova COVID-19 Situational Report nr9

  • While we see some positive trends in Western Europe, Covid-19 remains a serious threat and we are seeing rapid escalation across Eastern Europe. In Moldova we are only at the beginning of the crisis we must continue to respect hygiene and social distancing practices.
  • The Secretary-General's Covid-19 Response and Recovery Multi-Partner Trust Fund has now gone live with contributions from Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands. Moldova has received an initial allocation of $1,000,000.
